Years 9 and 10 Textbook: Money, Markets and Citizenship (Cambridge)

VCAA resources for the new Victorian Curriculum V 2.0

The VCAA has released curriculum planning documents and sample curriculum planning documents, activities and assessment tasks for the Years 7 - 10Economics and Business, and Civics and Citizenship content descriptors of the new Victorian Curriculum (version 2.0).

BEA is inviting Expressions of Interest to present at the 2026 Business Educators Australasia Biennial Conference, to be held in Melbourne on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 June 2026.

National Curriculum Services (NCS)

Expression of Interest to attend National Schools Constitutional Convention 2026

Victorian Students are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to participate in the Australian Government Department of Education (DOE) National Schools Constitutional Convention (NSCC) 2026. The Convention is supported by the Department of Education, Victoria (DE) and coordinated by National Curriculum Services (NCS).

The Convention will be held on 24 - 26 March 2026 in Canberra at the Museum of Australian Democracy with the23 & 27 March potentially being travel dates for regional students to ensure they arrive in Canberra on time and depart after the convention concludes. Accommodation is at the Pavilion on Northbourne Hotel. All costs associated with flights, accommodation and meals are covered by the DOE.

A total of 25 students will be selected to attend from Victoria.

Students must be enrolled in Year 11 or 12 in 2026 to be eligible to apply.
