 The VCTA Jules Aldous Professional Learning Scholarship for 2026

As a lifelong advocate for education, particularly in legal studies and commerce, Jules Aldous mentored new teachers, shaped curriculum, delivered professional learning, and contributed to countless educational initiatives at both state and national levelsThe Jules Aldous Scholarship is available to early career teachers within their first five years of teaching, who are also individual or school members of VCTA. 

The successful recipient will receive free access to all VCTA professional learning opportunities for one calendar year in their nominated VCTA subjects. If the successful applicant is from a rural or regional area, a travel grant is also available to attend professional learning in-person events in Melbourne.

Years 9 and 10 Textbook: Cambridge Money, Markets and Citizenship

VCAA resources for the new Victorian Curriculum V 2.0

The VCAA has released curriculum planning documents and sample curriculum planning documents, activities and assessment tasks for the Years 7 - 10 Economics and Business, and Civics and Citizenship content descriptors of the new Victorian Curriculum (version 2.0).                 


Reserve Bank of Australia - resources for unpacking inflation. 

The RBA has issued new resource to improve the understandability of inflation. Please access the resources via the RBA's education website.  

In addition, the latest RBA chart pack is now available for use.
