Welcome to the new VCTA website!

The new website provides more functionality and is easier to use including an updated Compak site, the integration of Comtalk and a specific Events only menu all at the click of a button.

To gain access to the member section of the new website you will need to reset your

  1. username (select 'Forgot Username')
  2. password (select 'Forgot Password' - after receiving your username)

Please note that your existing VCTA log in and username (if it is not your email) will not work in this new system as the new system requires you to use your registered email as your username. In most cases this is your workplace email address.

Detailed steps to reset your username and a password are below.


To log into the new website for the first time:

1. Click the following link: New Website and select 'Forgot Username'

2. Enter your registered membership email address in the Username field and click “Submit”.

3. If you are a member, you will receive an email from VCTA that will confirm your new username and a link to return to log in.

Remember to check your junk folder for the email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us. 

4. Now that you have a username, it is time to set a new Password.

  • Click the link from the email. 
  • Enter your Username again (which is your registered email)
  • Click 'Forgot Password'.

This will take you to the password reset screen. Enter your new password.  

Your Username (which is your registered email) and your Password are now set and you can use the new website.

This is also a good time to look at your profile and sure that we have the most up to date information for you. To do this, click on your name to access you "My Account" which is located in the top right menu:
